Free Roof Inspections with Photo Reports

You should not have to guess about your roof. We walk it (or fly it with a drone when it is too steep), check the attic for hidden leaks, and send you photos of exactly what we found—good news included.

What we check

  • Shingles: hail bruising, cracks, granule loss, wind creases and lifted tabs.
  • Flashing at walls, chimneys, valleys and skylights.
  • Pipe boots, vents, turbines and ridge caps.
  • Gutters, downspouts, drip edge and fascia.
  • Attic: water stains, wet insulation, ventilation and daylight through the deck.

When to schedule one

  • After any hail or high-wind storm in your area.
  • Before buying a home or when your buyer's inspector flags the roof.
  • Before listing your home for sale.
  • When a roof reaches 10–12 years old, then every couple of years.
  • Any time you see a stain on a ceiling or wall.

Many leaks start in places homeowners never look. A ceiling may look fine while insulation in the attic is soaking up water from a failed pipe boot. That is why our inspections include the attic whenever we can access it. What you see as an old stain, we check for an active leak.

Realtors: we work with agents across Collin and Denton County on pre-listing and option-period inspections, and we turn reports around quickly so deals stay on schedule.
