Roof Repair & Leak Repair
A small leak becomes a ceiling, insulation and mold problem fast. We find where the water is actually getting in, fix it properly, and match the repair to your existing shingles as closely as possible.

Repairs we handle every week
- Missing, creased or wind-lifted shingles after a storm.
- Leaks around chimneys, skylights, walls and valleys (step and counter flashing).
- Cracked or dried-out pipe boots and vent collars.
- Damaged roof vents, turbines and ridge caps.
- Nail pops and exposed fasteners.
- Fascia, drip edge and minor decking repairs.
How we approach a leak
- We check the attic first. Water often travels along rafters, so the stain on your ceiling is rarely directly under the leak.
- We trace it to the source on the roof and photograph what we find.
- You get a clear repair price before any work starts.
- We repair with matching materials and seal it correctly—no roofing-cement band-aids over a bad flashing detail.
Wind is one of the most common causes of roof repairs in Collin and Denton County. Strong gusts can break the sealant strip that holds a shingle down. Once it is lifted, the shingle can crease, tear or blow off, and the next rain finds the exposed nails. Catching it early usually means a small, inexpensive repair.
Not every roof should be repaired. If the shingles are near the end of their life or damaged across multiple slopes, patching may just delay a replacement. We will tell you which one makes sense and why.

Frequently asked questions
Can you match my existing shingles?
Usually, yes. We identify the shingle line and color. Older or discontinued shingles can be harder to match exactly; we will show you the closest option before we install it.
How fast can you come out for a leak?
Call (469) 269-2964. We prioritize active leaks and can often tarp the area the same or next day to stop further damage.
Is wind damage covered by insurance?
Wind damage is a covered peril on many Texas homeowner policies, subject to your deductible. We document the damage with photos so you can decide whether to file a claim.
